Does Live Match require an internet connection?

No. Everything runs 100% locally on your Mac. No uploads, no cloud, no subscriptions.
What is BlackHole and do I need it?

BlackHole is a free virtual audio driver for Mac. Live Match uses it to capture your system audio output. It takes about 2 minutes to set up and the app walks you through it.
Can I drag and drop files instead of using live audio?

Yes. You can drag any audio file directly into Live Match and it will search your entire library for matching versions.
What audio formats does Live Match support?

Live Match works with MP3, WAV, AIFF, and other common audio formats.
Will it open my Ableton project automatically?

Yes. Once a match is confirmed, you can open the matching Ableton project directly from the app in one click.
Does Live Match work with other DAWs?
